Founder's Corner

Karthik Ram — CEO & Founder

A lifelong sports-buff, professional engineer and self-confessed snack obsessive, Karthik built Flex Foods to solve a problem he could not stop hitting: every "healthy" snack on the shelf tasted like compromise. After two decades scaling manufacturing companies, he pivoted, set up shop in a Vancouver test kitchen, and started developing recipes with high-performance dietitians and food scientists. Two years later Flex Foods launched.

Karthik holds an M.Eng. from UBC and an MBA from Sauder. He still trains three to four days a week — mostly so he has an excuse to test his own products.

Refund Policy

We stand behind every SKU. If a product arrives damaged, expired, or you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact hello@flexfoods.ca for a full refund or replacement. Perishable items (frozen dessert, smoothies) qualify only for damage-in-transit claims verified with a photo.

All sales are final except as described in the Refund Policy. Product images are indicative; nutrition and ingredients are canonical on the product package.

Shipping Information

We ship anywhere in Canada and the Continental US. Standard shipping is 3–7 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD / $60 USD. Frozen items ship overnight with insulated packaging.

FAQs

Are all products vegan? Yes — every SKU is 100% plant based.

Are they gluten free? Chips, jerky, crispies and gummies are gluten-free certified. Bricks & cereal contain oats processed in gluten-free facilities.

Where are they made? All Flex Foods products are made in Canada.
